Back on Track

Things have been extremely busy so I haven’t posted an update since March. I’ve been doing DDP Yoga sporadically for the past couple of weeks, so this week we started Week 5 over again. Overall I am feeling much better. My flexibility and strength have improved, and my back pain is decreasing. Some days are better than others, but I’m learning to acknowledge what my body is telling me and I make adjustments accordingly. Now I just have to stick with it and begin to work on losing a few pounds.
